Consumer complaints are very common, they happen everyday. Complaints may be resolved simply by exchanging a product or may be serious enough for a judge.
When a consumer is not satisfied with a purchase, a contract or work order, there are channels for complaints. These channels provide a
valuable service, but sometimes the complaint is out of their control.
There are times when the matter is so serious and outrageous that professional help is the alternative.
Consumers awareness of their rights and of the scams that are circulating can prevent these occurrences and protect you from being a victim.
