 Self-care is health care  provided by you at home.

 

With self-care you take control by employing healthy habits and actions to prevent diseases. You self-care to remove risk factors that threaten your health.

 

With self-care you adopt lifestyle habits necessary to make full recovery from any existing illnesses.

 

As a medical doctor builds his medical practice, we can build our self care practice.

We provide preventative health care through our coaching/mentoring programs.

 

With step-by- step instructions we help you remove health risk factors that make you sick, thereby insuring good health.

 

We motivate you to self-care at home and be your first health insurance.

 

 We offer three programs:

  1. A General Health Plan

  2. A Weight Control Plan

  3. A Weight/Smoking Cessation Combined Plan

 

These programs are both self-directed gving you the opportunity to design and develop your own plan based on your  health needs. 

 

Some paid self-care tools may be necessary based on your health needs. You also take control of these costs.

Health Plans

 

General Health Plan

This plan is for everyone and focuses on preventing disease or recovering from existing illnesses.

 

Participants who join learn to control weight, quit smoking, develop the art of healthy eating, improve physical activity and enjoy quality air.

 

 

Weight Health Plan
 This weight plan focuses on losing weight, and keeping it off. Healthy eating, calorie control and physical activity are key components. Although anyone overweight can benefit from this plan, those with a BMI of 30 and over are strongly encouraged to join. it is an intensive weight control plan that helps you focus on  healthy weight loss.  It enables the obese person to make healthier choices and improve their health
