Whether you are trying to lose weight or you want to maintain a healthy weight, your eating pattern is most important. Any healthy eating pattern will involve the first meal of the day, breakfast.

Healthy eating is KEY!

Eat a nutritious breakfast

Weight watchers must be careful in assuming that missing a meal would do it to lose weight; If they believe that missing a meal to eat less will help with weight loss, they had better think again.

Weight loss is about consuming less calories than you burn or burning more calories than you consume. Not Missing a meal.

For successful weight control the number of meals per day is almost as important as what you eat. In calculating calorie intake, it is imperative that weight watchers have three meals per day and spread their their calorie intake throughout.

The most important meal is 'breakfast,' it sets the stage to manage and control weight. Breakfast must be a full meal and the number of servings and their sizes included in total food intake for the day.

What Can Breakfast Do.

Breakfast, as a nutritious meal can lay the foundation for good nutrition the rest of the day. Once eating breakfast becomes a habit, it is easier to develop and maintain healthy eating habits as a lifestyle.

Eating a nutritious breakfast will contribute to being productive; it will give you an energy boost, energy that you need for better concentration and good decision making.

For weight watchers, breakfast will:

  • Make you feel full longer

  • Help you burn more calories throughout the day

  • Increase your metabolism

  • Help you develop and maintain a healthy eating pattern

If you are not a weight watcher, breakfast is just as important, it could help you maintain a healthy weight and prepare you for healthy eating the rest of the day.

The bottom line is BREAKFAST is the most of important meal of the day.
